Responsibility You accept full responsibility for all products and ingredients once they are in your possession. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after an order has been processed. 2. We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to ingredient concerns after an order is completed. 3. Turnaround Time Processing times vary based on order size and timing. Since all orders are made to order, turnaround times may fluctuate to ensure product freshness. 4.
