2.1 Approval Process: All wholesale and private label orders must be approved through our New Customer Intake Form before purchase.
2.2 Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum order for wholesale and private label purchases is $350 for first orders.
2.3 Processing Time: Orders will be processed in the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Rush orders must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

3.1 All orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to safety and hygiene reasons.
3.2 If an issue arises due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately at Ceret@RichGlowCo.com for resolution.
3.3 Sample Purchases: Samples are available for purchase directly from our retail shop at SELFE-WELLNESS.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Timeframes: Estimated shipping and processing times vary based on order size and product availability.
4.2 Lost or Delayed Shipments: Rich Glow Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs issues.
4.3 Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

5. Payment & Billing
